- For Job Seekers: You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information in your application. False or misleading information may result in the rejection of your application or removal from the platform.
- For Employers: Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. TABNET reviews postings for compliance but is not liable for misrepresentations or disputes arising from job postings.
4. Application Process
By submitting an application through TABNET, you agree to allow TABNET to forward your application, including personal information and uploaded documents, to the employer associated with the job listing. TABNET is not liable for how employers handle your data once forwarded.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
TABNET respects your privacy. By using this platform, you acknowledge that your personal information will be shared with the job listing owner. TABNET does not guarantee the security of information once it is forwarded to employers. Please review our Privacy Policy for further details.
6. Refund Policy
TABNET does not offer refunds for any services provided on the platform. All transactions are final.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- TABNET is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in job postings.
- TABNET is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to employment decisions or any fraudulent activities by third parties.
8. Acknowledgment of Applicants
By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to:
- Allowing TABNET to share your application with the employer associated with the job posting.
- Understanding that TABNET is not involved in the hiring process and is not liable for outcomes.
9. User Profile and Application Management
- Job Postings: TABNET verifies job postings for compliance with platform standards.
- Profile Deletion: Users cannot delete their profiles or applications once submitted. All data submissions are final and cannot be undone.
10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of New York, USA. By using the platform, you agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or other collective legal processes.
